Desktop Support Services
- Remote PC assistance for basic troubleshooting and assessment.
- Ghosting/Reimaging with original CD/Boot Disk that came with PC when purchased.
- Boot Problems/Errors break/fix/assessment
- Data Recovery and transfer unto client provided device or pricing available for recommended devices as well.
- Memory upgrades and installation (RAM), recommendations and pricing made available.
- Motherboard swap/installation, must include warranty information if any available.
- Printer installation/troubleshoot, must accompany all original CD/brochure if shipped.
- Speaker/Microphone installation/support with already purchased equipment with CD/brochure or pricing available for recommended speakers/microphone equipment.
Network Services
- LAN/WAN setup and configuration on both enterprise and private networks.
- ISP recommendations along with ISP troubleshoot and administration with consumer consent to liaison for them in troubleshooting.
- Wi-fi/WAP setup and support that includes establishing secure connections and IP distribution.
- Static IP setup which includes liaison with ISP to setup depending on client needs.
- Server point distribution for Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
- Addition of single or multiple PC’s, printers, or servers to existing network.
- Router, hub, and switch installation/troubleshooting. All CD/s and brochures must be accompanied with product if shipped.
- Connectivity issues are thoroughly investigated and troubleshot until issue is resolved.
PC Hardware/Software Support
- Monitor troubleshooting and installation. All CD’s and original brochures will be needed during repair process.
- Power cords, network cables (CAT5), speaker connectors, keyboard, and mouse are available to be replaced at a quoted price or recommended.
- Assistance meeting system requirements to install software is provided.
- Video cards and NIC installation. Can install client provided equipment or recommendations at quoted prices.
- DVD/CD drive installation/troubleshooting. Equipment provided by client or recommendations provided at a quoted cost.
- USB port installation/troubleshooting. Replacement done at client cost or recommendations provided.
- Motherboard fan replacement with customer provided or recommendations provided.
- Full support for Microsoft Office Suite (outlook, excel, power point, word, and access).
- Java configuration and support for internet usage.
